Offcall gives you your time back. Routine calls, bookings, changes, questions and messages can keep moving while you work, drive, sleep or spend time away from the phone. When something needs your attention, it comes back to you.

Offcall is an AI call assistant for personal use and small businesses. This page summarizes the public landing page and its proposed early-access plans. The interactive illustrations do not make real calls. The beta signup form is a preview and does not submit email addresses.

## How it works

Connect your phone line or set up call forwarding, then give Offcall your instructions: greeting, tone, business information, allowed actions and when to bring you in. Phone connection options depend on your carrier; connected actions depend on setup and permissions.

The landing page has scripted business and personal examples with two tones: warm and friendly, or straight to it. The business example uses a haircut price and calendar availability, and asks for confirmation before booking. The personal example gives parcel delivery instructions without sharing private door codes. These examples do not make calls, play audio or send AI requests.

## Personal and small business

For personal use, Offcall is built to handle everyday incoming calls, provide summaries and follow your preferences and handoff rules. Examples include a delivery call while you are driving, an appointment change and an important request that needs to reach you.

For a small business, Offcall is built to handle routine bookings, changes, questions and messages using supported business-tool integrations and custom commands. Business plans include help configuring supported tools. Busy line adds multi-step custom workflows and more hands-on technical support.

Offcall handles routine call work. It does not replace human judgement or every part of a person's job. The website's human-versus-Offcall comparison uses editable example costs and minutes; it is not a performance benchmark or a guarantee of savings.

## Outgoing calls

**Coming soon. Not available yet. No launch date announced.**

Planned examples include booking a table, moving an appointment and chasing a delivery on your behalf. The outgoing-call demonstrations are illustrations only. Outgoing calls will have separate rates and are not included in the incoming-call plans below.

## Early-access pricing

**Proposed launch plans, not a live checkout.** All prices are in EUR per month. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of incoming-call minutes.

- **Just me:** personal call handling and summaries, preferences and handoff rules, self-service setup and standard email support.
- **My business:** booking and business-tool integrations, custom tools and commands, guided setup with supported tools and priority support.
- **Busy line:** everything in My business, multi-step custom workflows, hands-on setup with supported tools and priority technical support.

AI, hosting and standard incoming-call processing on supported routes are included. There is no separate AI bill. Business plans include supported connections and routine configuration.

Usage is metered per second and counts time connected to Offcall, including pauses during an active call. Unused minutes reset monthly. The monthly estimate is the plan price plus minutes above the allowance at that plan's extra-minute rate, with VAT applied where applicable.

Phone-number rental, carrier forwarding or transfer charges, paid third-party services, new connectors, bespoke development and major workflow changes are separate and confirmed before activation. Third-party software subscriptions remain the customer's responsibility.

The calculator's optional VAT-inclusive example uses Spain's 21% rate. Actual tax depends on billing details; the example is not a tax assessment.
